I’m Hannah Lou Cain — a potter. My path to art has included several scenic detours, all of which have uniquely informed my approach to ceramics. I first got my hands on a wheel in January 2021, learning from a generous community of local artists in Boise, Idaho and Elko, Nevada.

Hannah Lou Pottery was created to add some extra sparkle to your world. Guided by the landscapes of my home in the West, I aim to create sturdy, enduring and sometimes whimsical pieces to grace your every day. Each vessel is made in slow, small batches and is inspired by the high mountains, deep lakes, and fresh air that bring my soul to life. I hope you find something that makes your heart and home smile!
